BMB On Break

It’s time again for a little BMB R&R, especially with the market behaving as bizarrely as it’s been. Maybe if we stop watching it start to behave a little better…

Posting will be very light and variable over the course of this week, but we’ll put up an open thread each market day for our readers to comment on the day’s market activity or to post any interesting links they might run across.

Connected!

After 10 1/2 hours of driving yesterday, we’re still moving, and we’ve got access to the internet for a short time today!

Looks like the market did fairly well hanging on yesterday, although it looked like volume was pretty light. I caught the market down right out of the chute this morning, though I wasn’t sure if there was a real reason for it. I did see that crude oil was back above $52/barrel - I’m sure that hasn’t helped matters.

I’m still pretty skeptical of any ‘rally’ at this point. There just doesn’t seem to be much conviction or power behind any of the buying. Watch your step.
