		<description>The post office needs something.  This year, instead of mailing gifts, it&#039;ll be gift certificates in almost all cases.  I mailed a 3 pound parcel post recently and it cost almost 11 dollars.  That doesn&#039;t make economical sense. It&#039;s cheaper to give someone a walmart gift certificate than send them a gift--by enough that it matters.</description>

		<description>And this weekend, while the world watches football or sleeps, your Senate will be meeting to vote on a &quot;health&quot; bill, which is really an &quot;insurance&quot; bill.  Like the House, the will meet while reporters are not really doing a lot of coverage (weekend) and the Senate is even sneakier--they said they wouldn&#039;t be voting until next year.  Instead they will do it before a large holiday.</description>
