		<description>Simply amazing that...Cooper says the market is in blow-off mode. Of course where she stops, nobody knows.  Do you have any historical stats of these levels of RSI? Any post-pattern behaviors?  It seems at this point that all the &quot;smart traders&quot; are dumbfounded at the strength.  If that&#039;s the case, who the heck is doing all this buying?  I&#039;d really like to know this...
